Hey guys, it was great to see so many of you come out for canvassing this morning. Praying that your contacts will have eternal results (maybe you just planted the seed). Keep following Christ, digging in, and encouraging one another.
The 6 week Colossians studies should be in next week sometime! I think you will enjoy the study.

Canvassing went really well. Jesse and I were able to talk to a Catholic man for about 20-30 minutes and he seemed really open to just listen to us and he explained a little bit about what all he believed. He said he enjoys hearing/debating with people about their religion and he might come visit our church, but he said the chances of him getting converted are the chances of the Atlantic Ocean going dry. It was so sad. God really showed me how many people are out there with confused minds and proud hearts that aren't willing to accept what they know to be true. Anyways...the name of the man was Raphael Caminero...He said he has a son who is a Christian and he has gone to his sons church a lot, but its pretty far away and he is getting old and doesn't like to travel so far. I am going to try to remember him in prayer. Sometimes family members can be the hardest people to reach because they know your faults and dont want to really listen. We need to be reaching out to other peoples unsaved family and you never know, God might be using us to answer somebody elses prayers! Anyways, thats what I was reminded of on Saturday.
