Very true. Recently I've experienced that even when God doesn't solve my biggest struggles or questions immediately, He does send enough encouragement in other smaller ones to remind me to hang on to Him until I see why. God never allows pain for no reason. When I finally stop feeling sorry for myself and ask Him why, He reminds me "I don't do this just for the fun of it you know. I wouldn't put you through this if I wasn't preparing you for something. Trust me that when I send you through pain or disappointment it's because I'm preparing you for something bigger than you could handle without this."
All teens from HBC are welcome and encouraged to post on this site (Contact Pastor Jon for password info). Post edifying information, text of a hymn, a Bible verse, a comment about what you are learning, etc. Remember, this is the world wide web, so if it's too personal, wait to share it at church. Feel free to comment on someone else's post. Let the words of our mouths, the meditations of our hearts (and the posts on this blog) be acceptable to our Lord!
