I have been memorizing psalm 37 so i have been spending a lot of time in it. I really really like the whole chapter but verses 23 and 24 are really good... you probably have already heard them before, but no harm in reminding people!
23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
And then in psalms 145 verse 14 its says...
The LORD upholds all those who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. Psalm 145:14
Its an amazing thought to remember that the Lord upholds us with His hand even when we fail him! Remember when you fall to get back up!

That last verse is thought provoking. When I fall in sin, I usually end up focusing on what I did wrong, and beating myself up for it. Verses 23 and 24 and Proverbs 24:16 have helped me to learn to get back up, but Psalm 145:14 adds to that. When I fall, before I get back up, I need to get on my knees, and ask for forgiveness and strength to resist temptations in the future.
